You are Lovingly invited to come and REST.
It’s that simple.
The space to PAUSE and RESTORE is being Lovingly prepared and will be securely held for you to come as you are and “rest your eyes” in peace and serenity.
All ages welcome.
One hour.
No cost.

Your choice of a chair or a mat (or both! ) as your personal space
blankets, bolsters, blocks for comfort and support
